When I pay with a credit card, I expect to get the receipt from the pump. This means that I do not have to go wait in line for a receipt to get one from the attendent.

The attendant did not speed up the process with a customer; it was 6 others waiting in line including myself. They need to work on their time management and didn't bother to apologize for my wait time... unprofessional! !!

The receipt printer was broken on the pump. This seems to happen frequently. So I have to wait in line just to get a receipt. This defeats the reason I use this location. Additionally, you have parking for your smoking clientel, but thy insist on parking right in front of the register area blocking traffic from getting to and from your pumps. I recommend you mark that area NO PARKING. Or you could expand your parking across from the register area into the raw land adjacent to the DRIVE AREA. This is just my opinion you asked for. No attitude here, just frustration.
