There were 2 pumps down causing lines to be backed up for the available ones.

This station use to have long handled squeegee windshield cleaners. Last few months I've gone they've gone to short handled ones. Although this visit the cleaner fluid had been filled, the past few visits it was empty. I have an SUV & am a 5'4" person & have trouble reaching across to clean my windshield. Not a problem with the long handled squeegee. Would be nice if they could get them back. Otherwise, I've never had a problem & love using this station.

usually it is a most pleasant experience, but it is sometimes too busy and hard to get a pump.

Have to wait for a pump most of the time but it could just be due the time of day and the day of week. Was just trying to be honest
