The waiting TIME

Had to wait for pump.

I was satisfied.

Every time I come here there is always a long wait for a has pump and for the cashier to be inside to help or ring up an order. The wait is ridiculous always.

Card reader on pump would not read. then had trouble getting attention of attendant. finally resolved but quite a time . Also cold and this is not what one wants in that weather.

Card reader at pump was not working after several tries. Paid inside instead. When I brought this to the attendants attention she couldn't have cared less. In fact, she talked over me and didn't even acknowledge I said something. I'm assuming now that she already knew about it, but could she at the very least have put a sign on the pump so customers aren't wasting their time waiting for it to work and holding up others who need fuel?

I walked up to the register to get a carton of cigs and the attendant wasnt behind the register and didnt show up till 10 minutes later. Waited and waited with no way to let her know i was there at all. There should be some sort of notification device in place if the attendant is in the back room or restroom.

Payed for lottery at the pump and it didnt print a receipt. When i went and asked the cashier for a receipt so i can get my lotto numbers, she gave me the receipt and there were no number on it. And on the receipt i was charged for the powerball but didnt get any numbers. The cashier said sorry cant help you.
