the survey is confused. I really don't know how to make it go from satisfied to highly satisfied for any gas fill up.

No Reason.And Why Would You Give A Highly Satisfication For Just Pumping Gas In A 4-Lane Gas Station.All We Do Is Pump Fuel And Leave Nothing Fancy.

I usually go to Murphy's. The people who work there are hard to get info from. There should be a line for buying cigarettes only. I have to wait to pay for fuel sometimes because of the cigarette customers. Some of them don't even buy gas, just pull up and leave their cars running while they run to get in line and get their cigarettes. If this is a big business for you then I feel you should be able to have a separate line for cigarettes and snacks, unless they are buying fuel also. The lines are often long and the people pull into the pumps from both directions. You can be waiting and have another vehicle pull in coming from the opposite direction and you have to back out because the line then forms behind the car coming from the wrong direciton. I assume you are to pull in from the direction you enter, not drive round and circle back to come in from the opposite end.
