Wal mart gas station Nothing impressive

1. Continous flow lock not operating. 2. Pump handle had diesel fuel on it. 3. No fuel mitts available. 4. Diesel fuel had been spilled in area between pumps & veh. 5. Everything very dirty, reminded me of a very dirty unkept truck stop instead of a auto diesel fill location.

I pushed one button for one grade fuel and the pump automatically put in the higher grade fuel and charged me $2.679 for it instead of $232.9 . A difference of $3.92 . I would like a refund.
