When I lifted the nozzle up, the hose was bound up (not twisted around) it hit the 93 octane button causing me to get stuck with that grade, 60 cents higher I might add. Instead of getting around 11 gallons of gas, I got less than 8.

Attendant was not at her station because she was socializing

I asked for skoal long cut wintergreen. The attendant gave me skoal fine cut. I showed him and he said it was in the long cut row, which is why he gave it to me. I said ok. When I got home and gave the skoal to my boyfriend, it was skoal pouches. Now I will have to return this and there is not a Murphy's in the county where I live.

Fast and sold transaction

As a father of three young children I'm highly dissatisfied with the way that the Murphy USA station is set up first the station is set up in a way that when I pay cash for my fuel with my children in the car I have to park right next to the attendance station the problem with that is often I have to wait and even in that position I cannot see my children from the attendance station where I pay because there are too many things in the way from snack carts and drink cards that are too high to see over that do not allow me to see my children because of this I often visit a different service station down the street because their attendance station is not set up that way and I can clearly see my children from the cashier station

Tried to use wal-mart card at pump couldn't because it only had $29 left on it said it needed to be at least $50 to use at pump don't like having to take 3 little kids out of car to go to window for $20 of gas when my card has that much on it very hard especially in bad weather

The tape in the fuel pump was not operating and had to go stand in line at the attendants station to get a receipt!
