When working with the public, any and all employees represent that one company. Witch means that cashier's and attendants should smile when people come to the counter, and extend a verbal greeting. Then staying friendly or at least keep the smile. The thing that disappointed me was that I payed for my gass with a gift card and I payed he attendant instead of using the pump because I was not aware that gift cards work just like debt and credit on the pump. And instead of smiling and making a joke out of it, the man was rude because I was not aware and it wasn't to his convenience I hope that the next trip I make will be more positive and thank you Murphy USA
