The pump was way too slow

I questioned worker after pump would not respond. She asked me if "I read the screen?" and my answer was "YES". I have never gone to this location and "NOT" had a problem. Every time it is an issue....

I tried to get gas 3 times with my debit card & I received 3 receipts for -0-. The pump was never reset from the previous customer within the 10 mins that I waited & tried to get gas. I ended up going to another pump & I didn’t have any trouble with that one. The previous customer had just pulled out from that pump, & it was rapidly reset. After I got gas, I drove around & looked @ the first pump & it still wasn’t reset! I also had pressed the help button to no avail.
