Gas spilled over and had to hunt for paper towel. Person waiting was getting impatient while i was trying to wipe gass off my car

This Murphy is very busy, sometimes its hard getting in and out of the gas station. Not Murphy's fault they are so popular!

Salt pellets spilled out of the bags by my car door and the attendant was behind the closed window in no hurry to open it and take my cash just like last time she was the attendant.

The fuel pump had to be attended....the mechanism that lets it fill the tank without having to hold it did not work. For the 2nd time, not enough packs of the cigarettes I requested.

It's a vey busy location, sometimes they are out of the smokeless tobacco I use. Hard to get in and out of the parking lot sometimes.

Your site seems to want to say that I was not satisfied with the visit to murphy usa. However, I was satisfied with the visit. however is there room for improvement? Yes! I can tell that the attendant was doing her best to make things move along as quickly as possible. I would however, think about in the future changing the design of the access to the register. by making it a little more fluid for both the customer and employees.
