Murphy has always been competitive on price. The last few times I filled up their price was higher than the Kangaroo just down the street. I will start going their till Murphy becomes competitive. Even with the 7 cent discount their price was higher

The attendant was into her telephone conversation than helping the customer. The same situation everytime at this location. The attendant is not friendly at all.

The cashier was busy talking to the person ahead of me about hiring her for a job, telling her that she was only getting 14 hours currently and was looking for another job. stood behind this woman for 10 minutes while they chatted before she finally said oh, better let me take care of her then ill give you my #, it was rude.

Using my Murphy card the additional discount didn't register so I didn't purchase gas but brought it to the attention of the attendant. He told me to call the # on back of card, I did today, they weren't able to help me being that that was the bank. So the only way to contact them was by this survey. This happened once before at this same gas station but at that time I bought the gas and was supposed to be credited. I called and complained at the time but didn't save the receipt this invoice#266480 12/9/17 store # 5819 for some reason this station doesn't give Murphy discounts

Point 1. Asked attendant about saving in 3 pk special on smokes. He gave me no info when I said they didn’t ring up correctly. You gotta fill out a form or something. What good did that do? Point 2. I told him smokes were for my son and he didn’t like lites. Only one reg was on the shelf. His comment was “screw your son”. Not acceptable !!!! Point3. Used to shop here often. Todd convinced me my money should be spent elsewhere.
