Two coupons worth $6 were not accepted because I was told that I inserted my credit card too early. I believe attendant needs instructions in customer relations. There must have been a way to correct the situation, but it seemed the attendant just wanted to get rid of this customer. Meanwhile my coupons will expire before I believe I need more cigarettes for a loss of six dollars which I believe was totally unnecessary.

It took twenty minutes to complete a fill up. Initially the pump did not start but printed three receipts that did not register. The attendent told me to keep trying or change pumps. The only other diesal pump had four vehicles waiting because the pump was running so slow. Not a good solution in my opinion. The pump shut off when tank was full then dispensed at least a quart of fuel down the side of the truck and onto pavement.

Attendant was counting cash when I approached. She never greeted or acknowledged me.When she was finished she looked up, didn't say a word, her body language appeared to indicate that she was bothered with a customer inconveniencing her. I advised wanted $30 on pump 7, she rang it up, still appearing bothered, I inserted my card, at approval she said "there". Her demeanor still very rude. Never a hi, welcome, thanks, nothing! I took my receipt from her with the same attitude she was giving off and turned away. While pumping, she felt it necessary to approach me to see why I "snatched" my receipt from her. I informed her because her whole demeanor was very rude, never acknowledging a customer, no greeting, that she made me feel as my presence was an inconvenience to her. She denied these claims. I advised her that body language speaks louder than words and she needed to work on that, because it was unprofessional. She debated whether or not she was professional. I told her the fact that she approached me also indicates that she was unprofessional and irritable. I advised her to go back to work and have a great day. Her approaching me made me feel uncomfortable and threatened.

I mistook some of the answers. I thought I put Highly satisfied not unsatisfied. I was very satisfied with the service and the Pumps. although sometimes the pumps are a bit slow.

While pleased there was no wait and our favorite pump was available, (#2), all went well until I went to return the nozzel to the pump. A message said there was an error and I should reinsert my credit card and start over. When I did, I found my tank was full. Since we were late for a meeting at noon, we did not take time to report it to the window. Now I'm concerned that the next car to use that pump will get free gas via my Discover credit card.

the reasons why I am dissatisfied was the pump 7 at Murphy USa 5819, 17798SE 109th Terrace, Summerfield, Fl.,34491 said$ 2.73 unleaded. When the receipt printed, and tWo receipts printed for me. The total I was charged was $33.75. I knew that was wrong, since I got 10.753 gallons. I brought the receipt to the attendant and he told me I pressed Super and I told him I do not need super in my car. I pressed the yellow buttom on the left that said $2.73. He did give me back the differnce. BUT I DO THINK THE PUMPS ON (7) SHOULD BE CHECKED. AND MAYBE ALL THE PUMPS SHOULD BE LOOKED AT.
