I was satisfied. I did have to wait in line at the register and this does happen often. The cashier was doing her best the customer ahead of me was just slow at deciding what they wanted.

I wasn't highly satisfied because of the price of fuel, if it could have been a pinch cheaper, i would've been greatly satisfied. I know you all can't control much of that, but that is what would've made me feel highly satisfied about my visit to Murphy USA.

My experience was not better or worse than my experience with other businesses. It is the responsibility of the clerk and your business that I be taken care of when I walk up to the clerk.

The location is very crowded and the pumps are as easy to access, especially when people buying products, but not fuel, have access to the pumps blocked. This is especially true when a re-fueling tanker truck is present. I purchased something from the register, but the line was mainly composed of individuals paying for gasoline because they do not have access to a credit card or choose not to use one. There seems to be no encouragement for efficiency or incentive for efficiency.
