Had to wait in line, not enough gas pumps.

I am unsatisfied with Murphy's policy of blocking pay-at-the-pump by debit card when my account balance is below $100. I fail to see the logic.

I've been there 6 five times this week and the fuel pump one never has paper to print a receipt

Pump never has receipt paper, Parking lot is filthy. Gas prices are .20 higher than other locations

Cashier was on phone, had no name tag on. Bathroom was not clean. Not impressed with this store at all

I tried to purchase lottery tickets and jimilla L told me it was to early to sell lottery tickets, it was 6:17am. I went down the road a few miles and purchased them wihtout any problems. This is not the first time the same lady has told me she couldn't sell tickets because it was to early. If I bought some within a few minutes of leaving Murphy's why was I told it was to early to sell them to me. Was she lying to me?

I thought the purpose of card readers was for fast, convenient fueling for customers. 99 out of 100 times using the card reader at this station, the card reader on the pump does not give you a receipt. It is no faster than paying the cashier because you have to go to the window to get a receipt, often having to stand in line. This is one of the few gas stations we have in our small town, otherwise I would not be getting gas here.

I wasn't satisfied with my experience at this Murphy's because the cashier which was Jessica Dean didn't greet me nor did she welcome me back and on top of 6 people standing in the line 2 ahead of me she allows a guy to walk to the side of the building and allowed the lady she was checking out to buy his cigarettes. I don't think that's fair to the other customers including me to have to stand there and wait. She never one time said sorry for the wait.or nothing. I don't recommend Winnfield Murphy's to anyone. I also noticed there was no checking for ID during the purchase of tobacco.

This is the second problem I've had with this station. The first time I arrived a few minutes before 8 PM and inserted my card to pay at the pump. The transaction was approved, but at 8 PM apparently the station was closing (no way to know this at the pump), so the pump shut off without warning and I was unable to get gas. On the present visit, I tried to use my Walmart credit card to pay, but the pump wouldn't accept it. I took it to the attendant, she tried to scan my WM card and her reader wouldn't work either. She explained that WM gift cards were accepted, but maybe not WM credit cards. I explained that I'd used my WM card there before, but she just replied that I'd have to take it up with WalMart. I went back out to the pump, where a sticker was displayed that clearly showed that WM credit cards were accepted, so I went back to the attendant and pointed that out to her. She rather curtly informed me again that I'd have to take it up with WalMart. I needed gas, so I paid with another card, but was NOT happy having to pay more than I should have. I've been happy with Murphy gas overall and buy it almost exclusively, but I'm NOT happy with this station and won't likely go back!
