I was the only one in line, the attendant saw me, did not say anything, continued on with restocking cigarettes for about 3 minutes. Still did not say anything, just looked at me, paid for my gas and went on my way...not one word!

The attendant was very rude!left me standing while he did other stuff inside,he acted like I wasn't even there. When he finally asked what I wanted he was very hateful! I won't be going there again their r other Murphy's closer my home . Sry to complain but I thought you should know I've never encountered anyone so rude at Murphy's before.

The customer in front of me payed with all change and then left before the attendant had counted it all. The man must have shorted the attendant some change because he was saying something to the attendant in the booth with him about how he hates people doing that. When I told him what carton of cigs I wanted I layed a dollar on the counter while he was getting them. I already had my ID showing in my wallet. He asked for it so I scooted it toward him. He said what year is that 76 and I said no 86. Then he said well you need to get it out for me so I can scan it. So, I did. Then he seen that I was paying with a debit card and he said I need to see the name on the card to make sure they match. So, I held it up for him to see. The he said MAMM I DO THIS FOR YOUR SAFETY! I probably was making a face because no other Murphy gas stations do this in the area. I was wandering if he was going to ask for my SS# next. But, I DID NOT say anything to him about it. After talking to me that way, I said well you need to give me back my dollar I laid on the counter for you. I was going to let you have it, so your till wouldn't be short, but forget it.

I used my debit card at pump. It put a high hold on my card and I can't get any money from my account now. This is rediculous. To tie up someone's account for 11.50 in gas. I will never use it again and will warn everyone about this

Place was nasty, too many people hanging around felt unsafe Parking lot has too many occupied vehicles just sitting

Had to wait in line while everyone else got everything but gas and I was in a hurry to pick up my dinner that I had already called in I gave myself enough time to get gas and pickup my food but I had to wait for everyone else to do there shopping in line I think you should have a way for people who are getting gas to pay without having to wait for people to shop

The attendant was unfriendly. When I arrived there was no one in line. There were two attendants doing a shift change. I can understand not being available to assist during a shift change, but neither attendant was friendly. The attendant taking over, angrily said, "It will be a couple of minutes, shift change." The attendant seemed annoyed that I stayed and patiently waited during the shift change. The attendant leaving said nothing to me and once she had left the attendant taking over slammed the window open and scanned my item without another word.
