overall, the parking lot is too small to maneuver for trucks and it appears beat up and dirty

I needed to pay at the register. I noticed the attendant 2 pumps over speaking with some people she knew. I had to wait 5-7 minutes for her to finish her conversation before she came back to the register so that I could pay for my gas.

a little dissppointed with the speed of checkout, wish the attendant would have put aside the confused customer to speedily checkout the long line. it took 10 mins just to purchase cigs

I accidentially paid with my bank card and asked if i could cancel the transaction so that i could use my Walmart CC for the fuel discount. she said yes and processed my card and said oops sorry here's a survey that you can try to win $100 gas. UGHHHHHHH. If i had the time i would of had her to cancel the transaction and repost monies to my account and redo the whole transaction. however, i had to wait 3 minutes for her to get off a personal call before she would acknowledge me. from this point on i will be getting names for this survey.

The attendant was rude and not friendly at all. I had to ask him 3 times and describe the package in detail. It's a common purchase. Pall Mall Lights Carton. How hard is that? I couldn't hear him. He wouldn't walk to the window to clarify after the 2nd attempt to ask me what I wanted again. I've had problems with Shawn in the past not wanting to take my money because of the denomination. I have asked in the past to do a split payment. Other attendants have done in the past. This location has gone way down hill. I miss the old manager. She took care of the people better and the customers. Shawn doesn't act like he wants to be there or help at all. This is the 5th visit in a month which 3 of the 5 visits were terrible. I spent my budget on gas and smokes elsewhere last payday. I'll find another place to buy if this continues.

They wouldn't let me use my free Dr Pepper coupon.

The attendant in training was nice and was doing her best to meet my needs...unfortunately that was not enough for the other attendant...the other attendant approached the one in training and began belittling the attendant...I feel she could have waited until they had a moment alone instead of in front of the customers....I'm sure she was not her best during her training ...and even if she was we just don't do that to one another!
