There was not an attendant at the register. I had to wait for him to come around.

There was no soap in the restroom. I told the employee working there that the restroom had no soap. The employee said I don't have any soap and the restroom would remain without soap until someone decides to order soap. That is very poor management.

We were traveling home from Paris, Ark and experiencing terrible storms. When we stopped for gas, we used a WalMart Master Card. My husband punched yes for a receipt, but did not notice a request for a car wash. Upon arrival at home we checked our receipt and found a charge for a Super Wash for $7.00. He does not remember checking this. The weather was bad and sometimes the screen at pumps are hard to read. The Walmart Credit Card company said they could not do anything about this charge, but I think we can. We can use a different card and use other gas stations. I reminded them we charge exclusively to them and spend approx. $800.00 a month and have paid our bill faithfully for years.
