Gas & brand of cig are both available there, but same price as at competitors, thus just satisfied. Convenient access is a plus.

I only stopped to buy cigarettes today. Easy & quick in and out. Friendly staff. 50% of time I buy gas, but pay with credit card, thus no interaction with staff. Facility is clean and functioning. No broken pumps - now that upsets me - go into get gas and 3 or 4 of the pumps are bagged and non-operating. No problem with yours a definite plus. Plus service is usually fast. No waiting at pumps or in line to pay. No price benefit - same as surrounding stations. Is it possible to have small shelter area in winter at pay window? Customers usually freeze while conducting business and clerk has to work thru small window with gale wind and snow blowing in.
