I had to wait for the attendant to re-enter the booth. She was out spreading salt around the pumps which is understandable. But this isn't the first time I have had this cashier and last time she was talking to someone outside the booth (a male) and I had to wait for her casual conversation to be over before she served me. She seems like a nice girl but she needs to improve her customer service skills and learn that we shouldn't have to wait in the cold for her.

I think that the gas station should be open 24/7.

The attendant seemed irritated because I paid at the register and not the pump. She told me" I could have paid at the pump you know" not friendly. She might of been having a bad evening

Attendant standing outside within unsafe distance of pumps smoking while talking to boyfriend who was also smoking. He had his vehicle parked in the way where customers should have been able to drive! This is not the first time I have witnessed employees of Murphy USA smoking outside within unsafe range of the pumps. What will it take before you guys stop this practice? Does it have to be a major explosion? Can't you hire people not hooked on smoking products? It seems like plenty of people are looking for jobs and would love to be employed that don't smoke, yet you hire and allow smoking around gasoline products! I just don't understand this? I have seen this nowhere else in this community except here at Murphy USA!!

When I arrived, the cashier was SMOKING outside at the trash cans close to the pumps!!!! Then, I went to get my receipt only to not have it print. SO, I went to the cashier and told her. She got my receipt. No thank you. No sorry for your troubles. Would have appreciated either response!

I pulled in to the Bluffton, IN Murphy's station to fill with gas at 11:06 PM 12/11/2015. Started pumping gas and after just 9 cent worth of gas pumped the lights and pumps shut off. The attendant was not helpful. She said it is Murphy's policy to shut the pump down at this time. She had no control over shutting them down. I need a response from you in a reasonable time. A couple of day from now should be enough time. Today is 12/12/2015 . I am not happy with your policy as stated by your attendant. If it is otherwise them let me know. It is not good public service to shut the pumps down on people who are in the process of fueling their cars. I would appreciate you quick response concerning this complaint.
