Upon entering the store I was greets with smiles and hellos. I was immediately asked if I needed help. Once I told the rep what I was in there to buy I received total accommodations. If I was unsure what I wanted the rep gave me ideas along the lines of what I was interested in.

The customer service was amazing. The sales associate took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and kind.

Maria helped me today, she was very sweet and didn’t mind showing me all the different charms she suggested for my sister’s gift. She also told me about the free cleanings and polished my rings after she charged me. it was my first time in this location and I loved it

Every time I come to this location I have a great experience, Management is always very attentive and polite, today I was helped by Katelyne and she was very helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back !

Great service, Silvette is an outstanding manager with a wonderful personality which more pandoras had managers like her, the staff was lovely as well they made me feel so welcome since the moment I arrived, will come back to shop at this pandora for sure.
