first of all the girl that helped us was super nice, i don’t remember her name but she was very specific and helpful with the things my friend and I were looking for.

The store was cleaned and employees were consistently cleaning the counters. Everyone seemed very friendly. I love that they cleaned my bracelet while i was shopping. It was my first time in this store and will definitely come back.

Everyone had a mask on. I felt safe with my grandkids being with me.they were wiping down the counters. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was my granddaughter's birthday they made her feel very comfortable. it was a pleasure buying her gifts at Pandora

Sales Agent customer service was very hospitable. Agents were friendly and knowledgeable, it was also my birthday, they listen and recommended accordingly.

I walked in and the sales lady was so nice and helped me pick put exactly what i wanted. she not only let me try on the rings i wanted but also let me try them in different colors so i would be completely satisfied with it.
