I love pandora merchandise. My only disappointment is not being able to complete the online survey to get the $10 off on my next purchase. I spent over $600 in two visits that additional survey money could been used

The service was amazing. Helped me find the item I was looking for. Very friendly.

Help in everything that was asked of them and showing items and picking out stuff for me that I would have other no been able to get.

Mostly I like everything, the ladies where always willing to help since the moment we got in the store, i didn’t rate it highly satisfied because as a Cousy Ömer were always waiting for more.

There was limited assistance for purchase. One of the employee was not helping anyone but just chatting with another employee. There were 3 of them and the other one was behind the door cleaning other customer's purchases.

The Associates are all so friendly and helpful. Never left to help anyone else. Was very attentive to my needs.

There wasn’t enough merchandise. Also not enough sales. People were so friendly and they know about the merchandise and prices.

it took some time for them to take us but i was still satisfied with the experience.

I wish there are more options of the charms. The design of the bracelet I chose is hard to lock. I need a help to lock it fast and right.
