Some of the charms look way better in the catalog than they do in person

Not all merchandise is available at the store. Store is tight, not leaving lot room for customer and store staff

Associate was chewing gum, not in a proper business way. I felt warmer welcoming and service from Garden State Plaza location.

The store I went to did not have the charm I wanted so I had to pick a charm I didn't really want. It was a birthday gift.

I do not like trying to be constantly upsold - I came in knowing pretty much what I wanted & just needed to see it in person. I know it’s their job to sell - but don’t act disappointed when I buy what I came looking for but not more than that.

Staff member wasn’t very informed about the items they had In store. She also didn’t really help when I was asking about sizes for the rings I purchased

It took too long to pay and leave.

Unlikely because there were not a lot of selections available neither in fitting size. Content/ satisfied with the sales person because it’s not her fault.

While the associate was attending to me, another associate wanted her to charge her own purchase. This delayed time for my purchase and there were a few items I wanted that the store did not have in stock.

I would have been highly satisfied if all the Disney charms were readily available to see in person at the store but not all were available to see in person.
