They didn't have such a big selection in what I was looking for.

I asked the lady that was helping to if I can give her my email because I had seen I had discount . She said okay . She was really nice but when I ask her she didn’t put my email or did not told me I had to show her the coupons yo redeem it . When the manger came she gave me a terrible attitude that I should know for next time I need to show my phone . When I had already told the sales rep helping me that I wanted to give her my email for a discount . The sales rep did great she was really nice but the manager had a terrible attitude ..

Its a beautiful store dont get me wrong, I was satisfied with the store. I just had a hard time finding it! You guys are located in a corner thats not very visible but that's about it

They was sold out of the bracelet my daughter really wanted. So she had to pic something else.

I wish the pieces that had gold were not plated and actual gold. The shine line feels cheap and looks fake.

Salesperson was nice but did not provide me with exceptional service i received at other locations. Usually other sales person would recommend products or anything to match an item i am buying but instead i felt rushed.

Just because a few questions wasn’t able to get answered. I had a few questions about my bracelet that she was unsure about. Instead of asking she just kind of repeated what I already stated back to me.
