Sales person was very patiently explained everything and she gave enough attention and time. Products are also good but some of them are missing size. Collection is also large

Unfortunately the store was limited with ring sizes which disappointed me. I have thick fingers. That limited my options. The holder with all the rings in my size had no pricing so I wasnt able to do my budget calculations in my head while deciding what i wanted. It wasn't until i made my final decision and was all excited that my bubble was burst because i didn't plan on spending that much on this impulse purchase.

You do not carry many shine charms and cater to the silver and rose gold much more

I wasn't highly satisfied because I didn't realize you had to pay separately for each charm. I also didn't realize how expensive each charm was. The only reason I bought a bracelet is because my mom really wanted one for mother's day.

A lot of items were not in store

The store was a bit crowded and there was a small altercation beside me with a customer.

I was sastified with my shopping experience at pandora the employees were very nice the service was a bit slow but the store wasn't packed

Cuz they couldn’t help me with an exchange of a bracelet.. they didn’t even check if they were able to change it they just said no!
