Staff made me feel like I didn’t belong in that store.

I love my purchase, I like that the person in charge of the engrave marching told me that I can add more characters on the back of my charm.

Quise aprovechar la oferta de opten una pandora gratis por $350 y le dije a la vendedora que me sumara todo y que la cuenta no pasara de $350 y cuando fui a caja a pagar la cuenta hizo $431.82 cuando reclame lo unico que me dijo la vendedora es que los precios de vitrina estan sujetos a cambio en el sistema, entonces es una venta engañosa venderte un precio en vitrina y cuando vas a pagar es otro 😢 y también mi pandora me quedaba bien sin los charm alla en la tienda pero luego que llegue a casa y me la puse con los charms me queda apretada.

The sales associate seemed very dissociated with myself and other customers. Was doing the bare minimum. There was no greeting, no welcoming to the store at all. Just very “straight to business”, and although that approach might work sometimes, it seemed very off putting. There was another customer who’s first language was not English, but she was very clear in what she wanted, I understood her, but for some reason it was clear that the sales associate was making no effort to understand what that customer wanted. Very rude way to treat people. I wanted to get out as soon as possible. I bought something for my mom and wanted to leave. The behavior towards the other customer left me really upset.

We went into the store because we believed that the charm we purchased didn’t fit into the old bracelet. The associates, Adrianny and another associate that helped, did help us resolve our issue. Instead they sold us the same bracelet. When we got home we tried the charm we had on the old bracelet and it fit. The new bracelet was not needed and we will be returning the new bracelet that was purchased.

Upon entering the store we were greeted by an employee who seemed annoyed. I asked to view a bracelet and the worker had an attitude and at first would not allow me to try the bracelet on. As soon as she gave it to me to look at, she took it away. When I mentioned I would like to purchase the bracelet she tossed it into a box. During my entire visit at the store (especially while checking out) the employee was judgmental and rude.

Upon entering the store I was greeted with an annoyed "Can I help you?". The entire time the worker was rude, seemed annoyed and was trying to rush me out the store. As soon as she took out jewelry for me to view she would put it back. I asked several questions about the bracelet which the worker ignored. When I asked to see two bracelets so I could compare and see which I wanted the worker had an attitude. I asked to try one on and she took it away and put it back in the display case. She seemed judgmental and like I was wasting her time. I did not feel welcome at all by this employee.

Upon walking into the store the 1st sales associate not very friendly. She did not help she just walked away and then another sales associate came To help. This one was more pleasant, however when she went to clean my bracelet I’m paying with another associate who again not very friendly. With your charms price point that can easily fall off the service should be. We as customers expect that.

My original sales person just pass me off to another salesperson without my knowledge. Also trying to sale me things that wasn't age appropriate for the person I was shopping for. Small store not alot of product to choose from.

I didn’t find any of the charms I was looking for or a specific bracelet I was looking for. Also felt rush out the store
