I did not like how the sales associate was enthusiastic with my experience overall at the store. I was trying to make a selection for my purchase, and when asking that says associate for her opinion, no answer was given. I had to have my daughter help me link and unlike the merchandise on myself, as a sales associate, was barely helping, as if I was shopping by myself.

Stephanie gave the worse experience of customer service. She not just treated me with disrespect, could not solve problems on her own and had to call the manager several times, had another associate with her and both talked respectable with me. Overall she make me feel like I owe Pandora something and that’s not right! I chose pandora for business but that could stop too

Because my bracelet is damaged and passed the date but due to Covid couldn’t return any items, Covid stores was close, I have 2 damage bracelets just wanna exchange for same items!

I was dissatisfied with my experience because the sale associate who helped me was a rude racist man. I came in with a bracelet that was a gift and was too big so I wanted to exchange. He refused to take it without the receipt, even implying that I might have stolen it. So I called the person who gifted it to me, and they gave me the receipt. Then, the man refused to take it because it was brought at another store. However on the Pandora website it says that stores can exchange items just not give refunds for items brought another store. I cited this to him and he still refused to do an exchange, even though they sold the item. I offer to even pick a more expensive one, and paid the difference and he still wouldn’t honor what the website says. He even went as far as to imply that I couldn’t possibly offer to paid the difference. I know that these surveys are typically ignored but I was so furious at the mistreatment I received and no one seemed to care. I eventually brought the bracket solely for the purpose to prove to that man that I could afford it.

Morgie the salesperson not knowledgeable the items out at all supervisor yorlenys interacted on the sale I told him I couldn't spend more than $50 on to purchase she showed me an item I told me it was $45 buy hand sanitizer in the store manager distracted me as to finding it which we never found you couldn't remove the items will get sanitizer where was distracted me so did the other salesperson so they can bring me up a $75 item wish they knew I didn't want to go over 50 not realizing it I signed a receipt not realizing I spent $75 how to ask him to gift wrap yet Staples distracted me I am 60 years old and disabled didn't realize price of the the the item when I looked at the receipt after giving the kids to the person I realize it was almost $80 I found them to be manipulative misleading I called and spoke with the manager of the store today 17 her name is e n g e l she said there was nothing she could do I had already signed the receipt I had to pay for I called my credit card so that I may dispute sales transaction you to how I was treated in the store I will never stopping Pandora again it was the worst experience of my life

Everyone in the store has a F U attitude. Competitive in discussing what do you want. Opened up a new account didn’t receive the Pandora belt bag, as well as the young lady but in my annual income to low which need my limit lower so, I’m paying you off and that’s it.
