the attendant was preoccupied and stayed occupied with some company business while I was waiting to be tended to.

The lane that I used was too tight and I did not have much room to open my door and move. It was the pump that is in the middle up next to the office/cashier. I normally do not use that lane, but it was the only one open at the time.

I did not know that putting in the additive you promote would drive up my final bill as much as it did.

I had to move my car closer to the pump and it would not let me pump gas after I moved my car.
