They did great on the brake job on my F150. Called me when a problem with the availability of parts arose. They were very professional in the way they completed the necessary work! I highly recommend them!!! I will be going back if another problem arises in the future with one of my vehicles.

I have purchased tires in the past from this Big O and I appreciate it that they will repair a slow leak in a tire as a walk in, as you can't really schedule when your tire is going to be going flat. They were very accommodating and there was no charge which is really a nice service. I will be back when I need new tires. Also, a nice touch was the free water offered as I waited. The staff is always helpful and never seem to be upset even though they were very busy. They just work you in as if you made an appt.
