During visit I asked their professional opion of when I would need new tires and rather than trying to sell me new tires immediately, they informed me that my tires were good for at least another 3 to 4 thousand miles. Based on how they answered, I will surely return when it is time to purchase new tires.

I have known the manager who works here since i was a little boy. my mom and dad would bring in their BMW X5 for repairs and tires regularly. now that i am all grown up i own 2 cars and bring them to this big O anytime i need work i cannot do. This last experience i sent my car (2002 BMW 530i) to the shop for suspension and rack and pinion repairs. It did take longer then expected due to the parts shop giving the mechanics the wrong parts, its 100% understandable! after my car was done i was called and highly satisfied with the outcome results in the repairs. my car now drives like new. i highly recommend Big O tires in Elizabeth Colorado to anyone.

Price at the end matches my quote. I never have to deal with a tech trying to upsell me work/parts not needed. Fast service,even to have a tire with a screw fixed its not a half day in the trash. All the guys & gals are knowledged and friendly. Been coming here 20 years and will continue.
