I am especially thankful for Big O because we were going on a road trip the next day and they squeezed my car in to service with an oil change. I was grateful for their care for us on short notice.

Taking close to an hour and a half for an oil change is ridiculous. If you’re in the oil change business then do it fast and right! I watched my car parked in back with the hood up, nothing happening for long periods of time. I think multiple people worked on it which is a good way to miss something or screw up. When the car was finally finished there was grease on the drivers seat… not a lot but very noticeable. After pointing it out to the service writer, a tech came out and while scrubbing the seat he told me that he didn’t do it. It certainly didn’t come in like that. I know there is new ownership and I wish him the best but I’m tired of always having something go wrong doing business with this company.
