I am especially thankful for Big O because we were going on a road trip the next day and they squeezed my car in to service with an oil change. I was grateful for their care for us on short notice.

When calling to schedule the appointment to replace the front tires on my Sprinter RV the person on the phone noted the tire size and immediately quoted a price for a tire of lesser quality than what I have on the rear wheels. It is a small thing, but would recommend determining what the customer is looking for before suggesting the cheapest tire of the size needed.

First I was told I could come in at 750 by Andrew. They didn't open the doors until official opening time at 8 am. Don't tell me to come in early if I can't. I had to buy 3 new tires that the old ones had about 2k miles on them due to alignment issues. You didn't do the alignment when I bought the tires and then after you scammed me by only putting on 2 of the 4 tires I bought and you went to put the other 2 on, you didn't do the alignment AGAIN! Yet you take ZERO responsibility in this. A third tire had to be purchased because I was told the camber bolt was installed incorrectly. YOU did this! ZERO responsibility. I was told I needed 2 tire sensors and charged for 3. No communication. And guess what - driving home the sensor came on again! I live nearly an hour away each direction and am very busy and don't have time to continue to deal with this continued incompetence ever since Jeff Guardino bought the store. I'll come in for free stuff but you'll never get another penny from me for the bait and switch tactics you have.

I have had inconsistent service at the Elizabeth over the years. There is a lot of turnover with the staff there.

Appointment time was 4:00 p.m. Not taken into bay until 4:30 p.m. Big O knew they were running behind but didn't call to say that. I could have come over later. Wasn't finished until 6.

Big O has changed considerably since the passing of Bob Holt and being sold by Cliff. One of the main reasons for returning was af few of the employees that knew what they were doing and kept their word. A couple of them was Jon and Jack. Other than that their seamed to be a bunch of employees just wandering around wasting time. They don't seem to care about customer service as much as they did getting paid. On 2 occasions, I had to wait hours for my vehicle to be completed even after having an appointment. Not much sense in making an appointment if it can't be kept. Just showing up when I needed something worked much better for many years! They also have broke off lugnuts 3 times, apparently they don't know how to use a torque wrench. I have lived in Elizabeth longer than Big O has been there and firmly believe in supporting small buisnesses. But unless things change for the better I may have to take my buisness elsewhere. I would rather not so I hope things can be turned around. Utilizing your service saves me lots of time and should make you money, but it needs to have people who want to work and care about the reputation of your company.
