I have used Big O in Elizabeth for many years and for many vehicles. Usually very satisfied. This time the predicted time for service was 1.5 hours by appointment. It took 3 hours which is a long time to sit waiting for the car.

Jennifer was kind of rude and curt about appointments need to be first. I am sorry my tire did not make an appointment with me to go flat. It could have been handled way better. Her customer service skills are very lacking

Had a blown tire on a new car. Stated I needed a new tire because of wall damage. They initially recommended 4 new tires saying tread was worn. Car is new with 19k miles and had plenty of tread. I showed them and they agreed. That shook my trust.

Like all businesses not having any luck hiring help you guys did a good job but I dropped the tires off, while I was there a customer got mad and walked out but I believe he had very high expectation. Your computer went down! But we all had that happen to us!

I took my car I'm had a nail in left tire. Went on my lunch . Drove my vehicle today check tire warning light came on I went to a tire place in Parker the tire that was fixed had Tooo mu h air in the other tire the right passenger one has a nail. I guess I should have asked them to.check the tire pressure on all tires just frustrated. I WILL HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT ON MY LUNCH AND WAIT FOR 1 HOUR. THE FEMALE MANGER HAS TRIED TO HELP ME. JUST VERY FRUSTERATED.

They did a good job and I was satisfied with the service. If you want to describe that as "highly satisfied " go ahead.

My personal experience was ok, but while I was there a front desk clerk clearly directed another employee to help another employee. The other employee told her "no". Where I work this is disrespectful and the employee that said this, in front of customers, would have been sent home. I used to go to this Big O a lot, but over the past few years the service and obvious lack of teamwork has made it an unfriendly environment. When looking on their website before I called, I saw many other similar comments. When people have a choice, they are not going to go to a business that has obvious issues with their work and personnel.
