Big O Tires

Jennifer was kind of rude and curt about appointments need to be first. I am sorry my tire did not make an appointment with me to go flat. It could have been handled way better. Her customer service skills are very lacking

Had a blown tire on a new car. Stated I needed a new tire because of wall damage. They initially recommended 4 new tires saying tread was worn. Car is new with 19k miles and had plenty of tread. I showed them and they agreed. That shook my trust.

Like all businesses not having any luck hiring help you guys did a good job but I dropped the tires off, while I was there a customer got mad and walked out but I believe he had very high expectation. Your computer went down! But we all had that happen to us!

The only issue was parking. The service was great.

I took my car I'm had a nail in left tire. Went on my lunch . Drove my vehicle today check tire warning light came on I went to a tire place in Parker the tire that was fixed had Tooo mu h air in the other tire the right passenger one has a nail. I guess I should have asked them to.check the tire pressure on all tires just frustrated. I WILL HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT ON MY LUNCH AND WAIT FOR 1 HOUR. THE FEMALE MANGER HAS TRIED TO HELP ME. JUST VERY FRUSTERATED.

They did a good job and I was satisfied with the service. If you want to describe that as "highly satisfied " go ahead.

My personal experience was ok, but while I was there a front desk clerk clearly directed another employee to help another employee. The other employee told her "no". Where I work this is disrespectful and the employee that said this, in front of customers, would have been sent home. I used to go to this Big O a lot, but over the past few years the service and obvious lack of teamwork has made it an unfriendly environment. When looking on their website before I called, I saw many other similar comments. When people have a choice, they are not going to go to a business that has obvious issues with their work and personnel.

After getting home and parking the vechle over night I noticed a puddle of oil under the engine compartment, concerened I called and questioned the presence of the oil under the engine. The manager said that is normal as perhaps the tray under the engine did not get cleaned up properly and I should moniter to see if it stops or increases. The last oil change that was performed did not leave any oil drips or puddles under the engine. I was also advised that I should service the air filter, as I did so I was shocked to find the primary hose clamp that connects the intake manifold to the filter box was loose. Very concerning, if I had not checked the air filter what might have happened?? This tells me that the mechanics did not do a final check of the componets serviced. I am reluctant to have any engine services done at this location.

Honor verbally quoted price. Don’t appease me by eliminating ridiculously overprices items , specifically nitrogen, which is obnoxiously marked up.
