Big O Tires

Great chatting with the guys while my tire was being repaired. I learned a lot about cars and tires.

Andrew Hayes offered great customer service and advice on necessary repairs. They checked me in and started with tire replacement as soon as they opened. Provided a ride for me to get to work. Elizabeth Big O completed the tires and a long list of immediate repairs all in the same day. I felt confident in the vehicle inspection and recommendations. I left with a list of locations where we were able to follow-up with having the new tires torched. I will be using Elizabeth Big O for all my future needs.

Everyone there made me feel welcome and heard. They all clearly like being there and love their jobs! They just made the whole experience amazing!
