big o called me and said work done vehicle ready, then I asked what about the other problems I needed to be looked at, I was told that it was just coincidence but for an extra $350 they can fix it, I asked to speak to the manager steve at this Elizabeth station and when trying to talk to the manager during the conversation he said “hey I don’t cater to customers”, which I have been for awhile and after he said that I repeated it back then he hung up on me, if anyone had the guts to talk to me I can explain much better. I was treated very badly and disrespected. I don’t know how long this manager was her but he has a lot of learning how to treat ppl. I will never go back to this or any other big o. How can u make this right, u can’t

bill people for what is quoted. i have told my credit card company to dispute the card of $149.99 and only pay the $49.99 i was quoted. you did not actual work on my horse trailer - you were checking it out to let me know what the costs might be if i chose to have you do the work. so no actual work was done.

I asked what the total cost would be and was told under $200 and it was over $200. I wanted my old tire back to use as a planter and I was not given it and was charged the disposal fees. I was told I would get called when my tire would be done on a Wednesday and I had to call late afternoon on a Friday and then still had to get a call back. The customer service has been HORRIFIC since the change in ownership.

do not promise service if you can not meet the time you ask for. Anyone in the shop completing work should know that putting a new tire on rim should know to automatically balance the tire and the office staff had already charged for the balance!! The rim was not even cleaned of dirt so the balance really was not correct!! I would say the staff and supervision is not adequate at Elizabeth location!!

I think the guys/gals that work there shouldn’t be standing around (in the back)so much also I think they should only be able to smoke on there break not when they are standing around in the back and they should watch there language around the shop

Phone rang more than 10 times before answered then put on hold asked about mounting on truck said needed appointment service sucks I have been using this Big O for several YEARS never RECIVED THIS KIND OF SERVICE TRACTO MAN

I waited for 2.5 hours to get an oil change. I was quote 1 hour. When I finally was able to take my vehicle home, I was leaking oil all over my driveway. I had to take the car back the next day to figure out what was wrong. I then waited for another 1.5 hours to have the same oil changed as the previous day. I will not return to your business. The staff did not seem to care about how long things took, continued to argue with one another and were very unprofessional.

Multiple employees called me and told me completely different things about my tires. When I arrived to drop the vehicle off, they still did not know if the tires I ordered were at the store or not. Before leaving I specifically asked if my tires and alignment would be done by the same time the next day. Jack replied with “oh yeah. It will be ready way before then.” When I arrived to pick my vehicle up, they began the check out process without even confirming my vehicle was completed. It wasn’t done. They hadn’t even began the alignment. I had to wait another 45 minutes. I sat and watched multiple employees goofing around with their girlfriends in the shop. Some of them were using the air compressor to make plastic water bottles explode. The gentleman who completely my alignment actually sat in the driver’s seat of another vehicle on his phone for 10 minutes. When the employees noticed me watching them, they actually waved and laughed. When I checked out, I asked why my alignment hadn’t been done. I was told it was missed by the technicians. The only employee I had a positive experience with was Jacob.

With the papers posted to the desk saying all appointments will be reserved to get in at their time scheduled, and to then come in early and waiting an hour just to get one part of the appointment looked at because I had to let them know I was on a lunch break was very annoying in my opinion. I was then late to work due to this process. I would appreciate a call informing me that a scheduled time can’t be made in the future.

Appointment was arranged for a defective tire pressure sensor as thought by myself. After all was said and done it only needed cleaned and reset (No Cost). huge "Shout-Out" to the tech that came out to our vehicles to assist me in getting from one vehicle to the other. I am disabled and on oxygen. He was also respectful thanking me for my service in the Marine Corps. We've been going to this store for many years and I can't believe how improved the operation is and the "Excellent Customer Service". "Job-Well-Done" Elizabeth Big-O
