With the papers posted to the desk saying all appointments will be reserved to get in at their time scheduled, and to then come in early and waiting an hour just to get one part of the appointment looked at because I had to let them know I was on a lunch break was very annoying in my opinion. I was then late to work due to this process. I would appreciate a call informing me that a scheduled time can’t be made in the future.

Appointment was arranged for a defective tire pressure sensor as thought by myself. After all was said and done it only needed cleaned and reset (No Cost). huge "Shout-Out" to the tech that came out to our vehicles to assist me in getting from one vehicle to the other. I am disabled and on oxygen. He was also respectful thanking me for my service in the Marine Corps. We've been going to this store for many years and I can't believe how improved the operation is and the "Excellent Customer Service". "Job-Well-Done" Elizabeth Big-O

I took my car in 4 times for low air pressure. first visit, tires were filled correctly, the air pressure light went back on so I took it back. 2nd visit, they fixed 2 nail holes, the tire pressure light never went off because they did not check the air pressure of all tires after the fix to ensure the air pressure was right in all tires. 3rd visit, they said there was a hole in the tire they fixed, 4th visit, the SAME tire had low air pressure. At that point I had them put air in it and I went someplace else. They also gave me information that I knew to be inaccurate. I ended up buying 4 new tires from another company. the new place said the hole in the tire could not be fixed because it was on a side wall. I drive this vehicle every day many miles. If staff would have been more knowledgeable about the tire issue or given me a warning about the fix probably not lasting , I may have purchased new tires from you as you are my local store and I like to try to "keep it local." No one was rude, just couldn't fix my issue and didn't let me know that, nor acknowledge it when I came back 4 times.

I called on a Friday afternoon to see if they could fit me in to get my new tires. They said YES. I left work early. Drove 45 minutest to the location. Once I got there he apologized and said that he had made a mistake and that there was no way they could squeeze me in before closing. He said he'd make it up to me. I said okay. I left feeling frustrated but knew that he would make it up to me. The next day I dropped my car off . I had my wife follow me so she could drive me back home. They told me they would call when the vehicle was done. (this was around 12pm) Around 4pm I started wondering why I hadn't heard back from them. I called just to check in ONLY TO FIND that they were already closed for the day. The next day was SUNDAY. I needed my car and it was stuck at BIG O TIRES. I went the whole weekend without my car. On Monday morning I had a 7am appnt that I had to be at. I had to borrow my wife's car, making her late for work. When I finally got in touch with someone at Big O, they said they were sorry and that they thought they had called us. NOPE. NO phone call. I told them I've never had such horrible customer service in my life and I will NEVER be back .
