I had a low tire indicator and they fit me in, The tire had a nail in it. We had a bit of confusion over the lug nut key, as I had an old one in the glove box from my previous Lexus. We found the right one in the tool kit. Staff very helpful, very professional. Have bought my tires at Big O for the last 18 years. When this vehicle is ready for tires, I will buy again.
