They got me in quickly, listened to what I needed to be done to the vehicle and took care of problem quickly and efficiently!

I came in prior to setting an appointment to compare cost and labor. Big O was a better deal. The parts had to be ordered from the dealer. Knowing this I came back in to set the future appointment. Jennifer was helping me each time. She is knowledgeable and helpful. I explained I could not leave the car overnight since I am shuffling 3 part time jobs. She guaranteed the work could be done in one day. We scheduled the appointment. I dropped the car off during business hours the evening prior to the work being done. She said they would call me when the work was finished, and they did. We had done business with Big O prior to this new management and were not happy with the service. We had scheduled certain work to be done and they did it but did extra work we were not expecting and the bill was more than we had budgeted. This left a bad taste in our mouth and we hadn't been back for years. My husband explained later that it was under new management and we wanted to give it a try again. It is important that there are Saturday hours too.

I have a huge RV and the front tire was going flat. I called to make sure they had room to handle the RV. Was told all good come on over, in fact if it goes flat before you get here just call we can help. I got there with no issues and had to stop in the front parking places due to tire went flat. Tech took care of me and start of problem to solve. Tire Tech came out with jack and air hose, went to work on it right then, was finished in a very short time. Great service, Great info and great help with my issue. Done and fixed with no issues.

While the service took longer than expected, the staff was thorough in ensuring they had the correct materials for the job. And they double-checked a brake issue I was having, which I definitely appreciated.

They offered to look at my low tire pressure issue immediately. They found a screw.

I called the Elizabeth location at 8:30 and let them know that we needed tires and possibly brakes done by 3pm that day. They were very accommodating, communicated right away that brakes were fine and no need to replace. Our car was done with tires by 1:30pm
