Attendant very unconcerned about her customers!!! here name is jennifer j- she is always very unfriendly and has the attitude that she could care less if you are there or not. I do commend a person by the name of Johnny who is always helpful, and goes out of his way to help.

The worker was rude she didn't look like she enjoyed her job I got 2 of the same thing and it seemed like it bothered her to turn a tad bit to grab what I needed she did not greet me she did not say thank you she was rude. I have been in customer service for 7 years I would of lost my job if I were to treat a customer or act like she did.

When I approached the building to speak to the attendant, Jennifer J, she gruffly said, "come around to the other side." So I did. She opened the little window and peered at me with a scowl. I asked, "May I pump the gas first, then come up and pay you?" She replied in a very unfriendly, gruff voice, with no smile, "just make sure you come back and pay for it." I replied, "Oh, I will." As I turned to leave the building, she raised her voice and repeated, "Be sure you come back and pay!" I simply said, "I will." After pumping my gas, I approached the building to pay for my gas. I asked for a pen to write a check and she tossed one on the counter. Ok, I thought. She is obviously upset about something, but I didn't deserve this attitude from her. When I asked her if she was upset about something, she barked, "Why do you ask?" I answered, "You seem angry about something." She then said in a very snotty voice, "I answered your question!" From that point on till the transaction was completed, I didn't say one word to her. I felt I did not deserve her anger, snotty attitude, or her complete lack of professionalism. I won't be getting any gas there again.

Waited about 5 minutes for the cashier to come to the window with a line as well. Cashiers name on receipt is winnie po. She is very rude and not customer friendly. I work nearby and told my other associate and they knew exactly who i was talking about and has had the same problems and experience. I will drive out of my way rather than stop at that gas station.
