Highly satisfied requires superior service from a business. I provided all the service that was required. I don' mind self service ,in fact I kind of like it, but I can't say that I received any service in this case.

The area experienced a snow event 5 days ago. While most streets and parking lots are cleared, the Murphy lot is iced over.
