The first reason is that the pump would not allow my debit card to go through. However, I was able to use it at the register. Next reason, was the windshield washer liquid never has enough soap in it, making it impossible to clean my windshield. I have told the attendant on two occasions previously and have not found it to be satisfactory.

I went to a gas pump to get gas and I could only get .25 cents worth so I changed pumps and had the same problem so I left.
