CASEY'S AT SE J STREET IN BENTONVILLE CHARGED $2.479 FOR THE SAME 91 OCTANE THAT I WAS CHARGED $2.529 (WITH GIFT CARD) AT MURPHY 6519. Ii EXPECTED PRICE TO BE $2.449 (WITH GIFT CARD), $.03 LESS THAN CASEY'S, NOT $.05 MORE.

This store has always had a discount if you buy 3 packs of certain brands of cigarettes. I know my brand does. The clerk was very rude, unprofessional, and gave me a "get out of here" look when I asked him for the 3 pack special. He also said "We've never done that ever, pffft." He proceeded to going back to waiting on the younger girl who needed more money before me. I will give him cresit for not making me wait on her, but I just don't think he knew how to do the discount. He was rude about it and poorly, sloppily dressed.

Pump 8 did not furnish a receipt, even after I requested it. I went to the attendant booth, and after the attendant finished talking to her partner in the booth, she came to the window and just looked at me. I told her what I needed, she pushed a few buttons and handed me the recent while looking at something else, like I was inconveniencing HER. Rudest employee I have ever experienced. I can't imagine that is the image you want to project.

I pressed the regular pump button for 87 octane gas. When I got home and checked my receipt I was charged 2.39 for Super unleaded. The price on the pump said 2.07 and I did look at it before I pumped the gas. Something must be wrong with the pump. Wayne Calhoun 479-855-0090 wecalark@cox.net
