Always have to wait for a pump. The place is dirty and cluttered. The restrooms are nasty--I wont use them. When fuel truck arrives, you have to back out from the pump...and often times, someone is sitting behind you. I don't like the TV commercials nor all the ads to promote products to buy. I absolutely hate the BEGGERS who approach asking for money or for a little bit of gas in their cans. Put a stop to all this nonsense please!

To me highly satisfied means extraordinary. This Murphy USA met my expectations.

The attendants always act like you are bothering them like they have something better they can be doing and you are interrupting them.

It was raining and even though under the overhead I had water dripping on me. The gas pumps are slow to fill the tank.

To me "highly satisfied" means "above and beyond." This location gives very good service.

attendant didn't know the product i wanted and was arguing with me about the availability of some cigars when i had just purchased them 4 day prior with no problem. so i left and went across the street to casey's to get the cigars i wanted, i returned 2 days later and purchased the cigars at your store again. so i think they were available this time but she didn't know and wasn't willing to look for them. I have smoked these same cigars for 7 years so i know what they are. she told me what i wanted wasn't carried at this store
