I have noticed that when the price of oil goes up, you immediately raise your price, but when the price of oil goes down you take a few day to lower the price.

Every thing was fine except bough a car wash for $11:00 dollars less $1:00 dollar only thing the car wash only charges $10:00 dollars for the wash, I knew this as I have been doing the wash several times, you don't know until you get the receipt, this is a ripoff.
