Because you pull up to the pump, insert your card and pump gas, no hassles, problems nothing. Go to window, hear a friendly voice, pleasant smile, asking what I needed, got it. Was thanked , and on my way.

Mychel was so warm and friendly. Had a smile on her face. She came out to the pump when she heard my child crying. we talked and I asked her if she had any warm water. She ran to the back of the building and came to the register with a warm bottle of water. I was holding my daughter and trying to fix a bottle for her and she just said: Give her to me and i will hold her while you make her a bottle. She a natural with kids. My daughter calmed down long enough for me to make a bottle and get back in my car. I never expected that. What a wonderful person.
