I still don't understand the price break between 87/89/91 octane. The price spread between 87 and 91 octane is lower at your competitors.

There was no long legged blond in a skimpy bikini washing my windshield.

Crowded, somewhat dirty, not the low price leader.

The pumps never work right. They are constantly stopping if you try to squeeze the handle all the way.

Because if I were highly satisfied you would have no room for improvement.

The location gives a sense that is lacking cleanliness. The inside of the kiosk was cluttered and disorganized. The transaction was fast but appearance through the window and the attendant were lacking cleanliness.
