Don't have major complaints about the visit, though I didn't get the point of the audio playing over the speakers. Sounded like a promotional of some sort, though I couldn't make out what it was about.

Attendant, Cindy, not cheerful like other attendant I am used to. No "How are you today? Come back to see us! Thanks for shopping here!" statements. No niceties at all.
