I used the restroom after other customers. Not sure if it was the other customers or if it is not kept very clean but it wasn't very pleasant.

I didn't have to speak to anyone. I know it is self serve but it would be nice if someone walked around and offer help for the ones that need it. And maybe they can offer to clean windows or hold the pump while we go to the bathroom or wash the windows. That would cut down on how long we are at the pump.
