It is always very busy & sometimes there is a little waiting period. For me to find it highly satisfied would require curb service which is highly unlikely.

Satisfied is satisfied, highly satisfied would be getting something extra, a winning lottery ticket, a coupon for something free, anything extra. Discount on fuel, free snack like a buy one get one free.
