had to wait for a pump

Big trucks were blocking my way.

this location is always busy and this time one of the pumps was down. I think it was just by chance this time that one was open. I had to drive around to find it. There was trash that needed picking up.

they were out of cartons of my cigs but the attendant was very nice and told me the cigs would come in tomorrow so Ill go back tomorrow thank you

The lines at all pumps were long. There was a line at the register that caused an additional delay waiting for pumps also. While I was in line waiting, all the overhead lights went out for about a minute - it was dark outside, so I began to feel uncomfortable briefly. The lights came back on and the rest of the visit was fine.

Prices too high on cigarettes

....well.... I love this location and will continue to purchase at this location because it is so very, very close to my residence...... my less than satisfied experience is due to the appearance, overall "look" of uncleanliness, and the vagrants that hang around asking for money.... that is all.... I am not saying the vagrants are due to Murphy, but I will say that IF the appearance and quality of the site was drastically improved, (and also vagrants were instructed to leave...), it MIGHT improve the overall atmosphere of the customer experience. just my humble opinion.

I was not highly satisfied because I had to wait for a pump.
