The cashier was rude and straight to the point. Not a people's person at all.

Used ourbdebit card to make a $24.50 gas purchase. Instead $55.83 was held. We are traveling out of town had funds for our hotel on the card as well. To our surprise, the card was declined. WE WERE UNABLE TO OBTAIN OUR HOTEL BE CAUSE MURPHY'S GAS STATION HELD ABOVE AND BEYOND THE PURCHASE PRICE OF OUR GAS!!!!! Will make sure I let everyone known about our experience and that bit was because of MURPHY'S GAS that my family had to sleep in the car atva rest stop.. Try telling a 16 month child why they can't sleep in a bed. UNBELIEVABLY DISSAPPOINTED AND WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT YOUR GAS STATION.

Honestly yall need to invest on having an off duty police officer at the gas station.Nothing but pan handlers and a bunch dope dealers standing around waiting to make drug deals. Its scary to go to murphys after the sun has gone down because anything can happen. the lines are horribly long and when you get to the register your being rushed. very unhappy i work customer service but if my manager EVER saw me treating people the way the employees at Murphys treat the customers i would of been fired on the spot no questions asked.

on 11.24.14 I purchased $50 in gas and purchased 3 packs of l&m cigs and 2 fuel injection cleaners. the incorrect price was on the injection cleaners so the cashier refunded the difference and i repaid for my purchase ($8.64). due to this occuring the $50 i prepaid for my gas was supposedly refunded to my account because as the cashier stated it thought i drove off so I paid $40 at the pump for my gas but as i looked at my bank statement, the purchase for the fuel injection cleaners on my account is showing to be $9.64 and the amount it showed i paid at the pump was $56 instead of the $40 my receipts show.
