Nothing was "above and beyond" about this visit. I was satisfied, my expectations were met, but nothing exceeded my expectations.

I was really pleased at them having towels and fluid to wash my windshield. They moved up for customer service last night.

I don't give highest marks on surveys unless something "above and beyond" happens, I didn't experience that on this trip but per my answers I was satisfied and will come back.
